Job Description: Evening Receptionist
Shifts: 4pm to 9pm , 5 pm to 11pm, Weekend Availability (Mornings)
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer or direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records in various systems
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and employees in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Professional appearance and demeanor
