Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a confident, welcoming and articulate Receptionist to join our contact centre team at Mercedes-Benz in Lincoln. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm with half an hour for lunch.
Role and Responsibilities
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and directing them onto the appropriate department.
Administrative duties including but not limited to franking post and ordering stationary.
Enhancing communication between internal departments making sure everyone is aware of any issues and prioritise accordingly.
About you
Previous experience of operating a busy switchboard system is advantageous but not essential.
Be able to meet new people, building a quick rapport to drive a great first impression.
A confident and customer-orientated approach with the understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office.
