Spa Receptionist
£10.67 per hour
Lion Quays Resort - Oswestry
Primary Job Purpose:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spa Receptionist to join our Spa Team. The successful applicant will support the Spa Manager and Assistant Spa Manager in achieving financial targets on a monthly basis, consistently delivering the highest levels of service to guests and keeping the team motivated.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness in all guest rooms and public areas
· Ensure a high standard of personal cleanliness and presentation, and hygiene is maintained. Including the use of Protective Clothing as necessary
· Be aware of maintenance issues and report to the Maintenance Supervisor /Facilities Manager
· Ensure that a satisfactory laundry service is maintained & dry stock and consumables are rotated and areas kept clean and tidy
· Stock levels and wastage to be kept to a minimum
· To undertake any other duties within the department when required
· Comply with all legal requirements in respect of health and safety and welfare of staff and customers, COSSH and Manual handling
