Lincolnshire Quality Care Services is a domiciliary care provider that provides care at home for adults over 18 in North East Lincolnshire.
Due to the expansion of the business, we are seeking a receptionist to be the welcoming individual that will provide excellent customer and employee services for our business.
Duties include:
- Answering telephone calls and routing the enquiries to the right department or individual.
- Handling general queries by email, phone and post
- Opening the mail and delivering to the appropriate persons
- Packing, addressing and franking outgoing mail and dropping off to local post box
- Filing and admin duties occasionally required
- Greeting visitors and staff who come to the office and effectively directing their attendance
- Organising and giving out staff PPE when they come to collect it
Other duties may be required
Due to the business handling sensitive data and being a care company, you will be required to learn the basic use of our care software to deal with customer enquiries. You will be required to complete a DBS application which we will pay for.
Full training will be provided and ongoing development.
The role will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. There is no weekend working and you will not be required to work Bank Holidays.
