Job description
Lansdowne Family Dental is looking for a full time front desk/office manager for a growing, high quality dental office. YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE IN A DENTAL OFFICE!!! Benefits include vacation and holiday pay, 401k plan, health insurance, flexible spending account and dependent care account. Extensive use of Dentrix preferred and you must be able to work independently and responsibly.
Compensation range is $15-$20/HR.
We are looking for a full-time (approx. 39 hours) front desk office manager for long term relationship with our practice who can help our practice deliver the best dental care to our patients.
Office Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
First Saturday of the Month: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
SKILLS/ ABILITIES/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge and use of Dentrix practice management software
Attentive to detail.
Ability to educate them in post visit and post procedure care.
Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations.
