Front of House Receptionist - Part Time
Ealing
We are looking to recruit a part time front of house receptionist, for a busy role in a corporate office building in Ealing Broadway.
You will need to be immaculately presented and adept at delivering a premium front of house reception service. Previous experience in a commercial office environment is essential. The building is centrally located - just a 10 minute walk to Ealing Broadway tube and close to nearby shops and cafes.

8.30 – 5.30 Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Key Responsibilities*
You will provide a front of house reception service which will include:
Managing Reception
- Manage and take ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambiance reflects the clients’ and tenants’ expectations
- Responsible for delivering an exceptional meet and greet service
- Sign in all visitors to the building following appropriate reception processes
- Manage deliveries including couriers and post
- Report any building issues and closely liaise with the building manager
- Manage contractors and ensure any maintenance issues are managed to resolution
Allocate parking – liaising with Security / Building Manager

Tenant experience and community engagement
- Work collaboratively with your job share to develop and introduce seasonal events and added value initiatives for the tenants, to create a sense of community and aid enjoyment in the workplace
- Produce a monthly enewsletter to update tenants on initiatives to encourage uptake and participation, ensuring content is always on brand
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service
- Self-motivated and can easily multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be MAC/ PC literate
- Proven experience in a premium front of house reception role
- A team player - working with an onsite security team
