Receptionist – Permanent - Telford
L & C Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a Telford based organisation looking for a new Receptionist / Reception Administrator on a permanent basis. This full-time role is working in a modern, bright reception area - this an excellent opportunity for a well presented, experienced, professional and polite receptionist.
This front of house role requires a smartly presented, experienced receptionist:
· Handle incoming calls to the main company switchboard
· To meet and greet on-site visitors
· Control site access records and inform internal staff of relevant visitors
· You’ll also be responsible for booking flights, hotels & other transport matters
· Order stationary
· Sorting post daily
· Preparing mail shots and other ad hoc admin duties
To be considered for this receptionist role, you must have worked in a similar role previously. You’ll be IT literate, be well presented, have good communication skills and a friendly but professional manner.
Hours of work are 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
The Telford site means own transport is ideal but is then commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Newport, Shifnal, Market Drayton etc
