To work as a receptionist on the Main Reception at Priority house transferring calls to departments and making sure telephone numbers are up to date. Report any issue or concern as they arise and provide administrative assistance to Site admin/site supervisor. On daily bases do the franking of mail and sort letters into correct pigeon holes for services on site. To act as Receptionist during their working hours. To provide a courteous reception service to all visitors/staff and patients in order to maintain the professional image of the Unit. Ensure smooth running of office equipment (photocopier, fax, shredder) and organizes a call out if unable to solve problem. Transferring of calls to correct departments and updating telephone numbers. Make sure the Doctor on call and security information for the site is up to date with correct numbers on daily bases. Provide a General Office function i.e. sorting and stamping post, accepting deliveries and ensuring these are delivered to the correct area, photocopying as required.
