We are recruiting for a full time, permanent receptionist to join a successful and growing professional services company in their Guildford office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, proactive working environment with a wonderful, friendly team of people. We are looking for candidates with front of house experience, ideally within a professional office setting. This role is Monday to Friday working either 7.30am-4.00pm or 9.00am – 5.30pm.
Duties as a receptionist will include:
- Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages.
- Organising meeting rooms.
- Greeting clients, suppliers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, always providing an excellent service.
- Ordering supplies and general assistance in the smooth running of the office.
- Organising post and couriers.
- Administrative support to the wider office.
The successful candidate will have:
- A professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communications skills.
- The ability to multitask and problem solve.
- An enthusiastic and friendly approach.
- A good understanding of Microsoft packages
