Front of House/Receptionist Medical

To start ASAP

Full Time 9-5

Mon to Fri

No DBS is required

Required skills :

  • Receptionist and booking system experience will be essential

Main tasks will be :

  • Directing visitors to the centre to rooms
  • Locking and unlocking rooms
  • Rooms booking via database base
  • Room clearing after training events
  • Filing/Shredding
  • Emails - daily and high volume (room bookings)
  • Lunch ordering/refreshments

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: £11.95 per hour
