Receptionist -

About the Job
As Receptionist you’ll be the first point of contact for all our guests. First impressions count and you’ll set the warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You’ll coordinate reservations for rooms and the restaurant, welcome guests on arrival and wish them well upon departure. You’ll be able to assist guests in a friendly, confident and professional manner, spotting opportunities to upsell products effortlessly. You’ll work hard to make sure our guests have a fantastic experience at Mitton Hall.
To be successful we are looking for the following individuals:
· Previous reception experience
· Friendly, professional and customer focused
· Good communicator and able to build relationships

· High level of attention to detail
· Able to spot and maximise sales opportunities
· Enjoys working in a busy environment
We have full and part time opportunities working various shift patterns throughout the week including weekends and evenings. Salaries start at National Minimum Wage.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
