Receptionist - 1 month FTC - Immediate Start
Description of role and key responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming environment
- Log arriving visitor/s on our system
- Offer refreshments to visitor/s while waiting and/or in the meeting room
- Advise hosts/bookers of visitor arrival
Meeting rooms:
- Escort visitor/s to meeting rooms, engaging in conversation
- Regularly check all meeting rooms are clean, tidy and contain correct crockery, stationery etc.
Call answering:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional, friendly, polite and timely manner, take messages where necessary
Other duties:
- Book meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings via e-mail, Teams, phone and in person
- Booking taxis as required
PC Literate:
- Good understanding of Manhattan meeting room system, training given if necessary
- Good understanding of Cisco Jabber call answering system, training given if necessary
- Microsoft office packages
- Attention to detail
