We are looking for a talented and committed individual to join our team in
Norwich. You will have the desire to work co-operatively within a motivated team.
A positive disposition and desire to be your best is essential.

Front desk reception makes up 30% - 40% of the role, with around 60% provision for administration. We are looking for an individual who can undertake both the reception role and manage administrative tasks effectively and independently.

Bringing your personality and energy to the role is key as you will be the first and last contact during our clients’ experience.

You will have the skills to establish rapport, build warm relationships and provide a VIP customer experience.

Excellent verbal communication and proven customer service skills are essential.

A versatile approach and the ability to handle different tasks simultaneously is a prerequisite. Effective time management, a calm head in a busy environment and the ability to work independently is essential.

Vital to the administrative role is the ability to manage and update a database, spear head marketing initiatives and ensure day to day operations run smoothly.
A high degree of initiative and the ability to think strategically are essential.

Tasks include:

  • Making appointments and taking payments
  • Contacting clients by phone and email
  • Answering the phone and responding to email
  • Diary scheduling and oversight
  • Maintaining financial records and cashing up end of day
  • Light cleaning and tidying
  • Monitoring and updating web information
  • Posting social media
  • Data entry skills
  • Filing
  • Reviewing and updating policies
  • Stock management
  • Liaising with external providers
  • Managing advertising campaigns
  • Implementing marketing strategy

Essential Key Skills:

  • Good GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Strong written English (professional emails and letters)
  • Skills to manage a database (specific software training is provided)
  • Previous customer facing reception experience
  • Strong PC skills
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Ability to establish strong client relationships
  • Professional presentation
  • Assured and professional telephone manner
  • Reliable and prompt
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Co-operative attitude and desire to work within a team

You must have your own transport.

We are looking for someone who will commit to a minimum of 2 years in this role. Please do not apply if you are looking for a shorter-term role or if you do not have the minimum entry qualifications.

Practice Director.

City centre with parking.

The role includes a regular Saturday morning shift with Tuesday afternoons and
Thursdays off.

Working Hours

Monday 7.00am – 12.00pm 1.00pm – 6.00pm
Tuesday 7.30am – 1.30pm
Wednesday 7.00am – 12.00pm 1.00pm – 6.15pm
Thursday Day Off
Friday 7.00am – 12.00pm 1.00pm – 6.15pm
Saturday 7.30am – 12.45pm

The pay for this full-time position is dependent upon the experience and skills of the applicant.
