Job description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, providing information about the hotel and its services, and taking reservations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls, and have an understanding of the hospitality industry. Prior experience within a hotel setting is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
- Process payments and manage reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Ensure that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
