About the Role
- Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service in a fast paced atmosphere
- Take reservations and allocate tables efficiently
- Greet customers according to reservations requirements and assist in the service
- Maintain operational standards
- You will be required to work weekends and evenings
- Support the team with the operations
Skills and experience you need
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in a hotel/restaurant/fast pace environment
- Hospitality and customer service experience
- Strong organisational silks
- You will have strong communication skills
- You are positive and proactive
- You love working in a team
- You are welcoming, fun and stylish
