Administrator/Medical Receptionist
Do you need a flexibility and ease of work, here is the place.
We now have an opportunity offer 15- 20 hours(TBD) to cover reception and administration duties at a busy private health clinic in Great Denham, Bedford that offers a variety of services. Rate £11 per hour and flexibility of work. There will also be an opportunity to cover holiday/sickness etc.
You must have an experience in the following:
Welcoming patients upon arrival.
Dealing with enquiries, bookings and cancellations via telephone, email and face to face.
At ease with using a computer and CRM systems, including databases and drive.
Filing, scanning and printing of documents and paperwork.
Note taking, reporting on documents.
Keeping reception area organised, clean and tidy.
Stock checks, ordering of stock, etc.
Use of card machines and taking payments.
Key holder.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate being able to work under pressure, prioritizing and multi-tasking. Understand patient confidentiality and GDPR compliance. The ability to communicate effectively, fast learner, Pro active and self motivated.
