Reception Supervisor
Front of House - Fowey Hall Hotel
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £23,920
We are currently recruiting for a Reception Supervisor to join the team at Fowey Hall Hotel - part of Luxury Family Hotels.
We are looking for someone who can work 40 hours per week, with a combination of early and late shifts, Flexibility is essential; however, we always try our best to provide the team with a healthy work-life balance that works for them. Salary of £23,920 per annum, plus generous service charge.
Role:
As Reception Supervisor your core purpose will be:
- Deputise and support the Front of House Manager in people management: You will support with hiring, training, and supervising the reception team including rota organisation, ensuring payroll budgets are maintained, and all employees are working within outlined standardised operating procedures.
- Deputise and support the Front of House Manager in the operation: understanding brand standards, maximizing sales revenues through up-selling. and manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely.
- Delivering attentive customer-focused service: having a creative flair, giving personalised service to ensure we set the tone from the beginning of our guest journey to provide a memorable guest experience - creating a 'home away from home' will be your utmost priority during their stay.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail and a positive attitude
- Good knowledge of Opera System
- Be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal strong skills.
- A passion for creating a great team dynamic and someone who wants to develop their individual team members.
