Job description

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, filing paperwork, and collecting payments. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of dental terminology. The successful candidate will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients to the office.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm patient information.
  • Maintain patient records and filing systems.
  • Process payments and maintain financial records.
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed prior to patient's visit.
  • Provide general administrative support to the dental team.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22 per week

Salary: £10.42-£10.50 per hour
