Role Title: Receptionist

Location: Pembroke Dock / In Office

Salary: £23,028

Opening times: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Within this role you will deliver front-line help and support to our customers in an effective and efficient manner. You will be professional, courteous, analytical, empathetic and have exceptional organisational skills to manage customer cases from start to finish. This role involves responding to customer enquiries via our online messaging centre, telephone and live chat facility.

Main Duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests and customers when they arrive at reception
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person / office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Action voicemail call backs when needed
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and email

About you:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & G Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
