Job description
Front Desk Receptionist for a busy family law firm located in Mission Valley. Primary duties include: answering multiple phone lines, greeting clients, filing, copying, calendaring, and other administrative tasks.
Must have:
Excellent personal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer experience including Outlook, Word, Excel
Previous experience as a receptionist, or administrative assistant a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
