Dealership Receptionist
FOW Trafford is the Northwest’s largest independent used car supermarket located at: Barton Dock Road, Trafford M41 7TB.
We have been successfully providing used and nearly new cars for over 60 years, we are known for amazing prices, with thousands of cars for sale and our hassle-free customer experience.
As part of our ongoing growth strategy, we are now looking for pro-active dealership receptionists, like you to join our successful team.
As part of the dealership hosting team, you will be the first to welcome and interact with our visitors, therefore its vital you are passionate about working with people and want to consistently deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
The successful applicants will be highly motivated, efficient, organised and have a proven track record within a Car Dealership or similar environment and will be responsible for:
· Welcoming our visitors to the Dealership and qualifying their requirements.
· Answering the telephone in the manner directed.
· Spend quality time with customers to provide basic information.
· Ensure the reception area is clean, neat and tidy at all times.
· Ensure the customer waiting area is clean and tidy at all times.
· Maintain administration systems.
You will have:

A full-time position working a fixed five day out of seven days’ work pattern (Weekend working is essential).
