Job Title: Receptionist
Compensation Range: $20+ per hour

Position Summary
Help the Company operations run smoothly by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Unlock and lock lobby doors, arm and disarm alarms promtly at 8a and 5p
- Power on TVs and monitors
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, and answer questions
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner
- Maintain reception area and common areas in a clean and tidy manner
- Log all checks brought in for payments in the recepit book
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute mail and packages
- Deliver all returned mail to the Facilties Coordinator and provide assistance as needed
- Manage all key fobs that are needed by back office teams and/ or residents
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Assist in organizing office events and meetings
- Update new and existing homeowners' information in the appropriate system
- Assist homeowners with general inquiries and making payments
- Assist in dispersing key fobs to residents

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or post-secondary education in business or office management is preferred
- HOA and/ or property management experience is a plus
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Able to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds
- May require prolonged monitor viewing
- Ability to work in-office, as we are not currently offering remote work

Work Hours: Regular working hours are Mon - Fri, 8a - 5p
