Fern Gardens Care Home-Part Of Bondcare is a Care Home based in Feltham.
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing the company's front desk, and providing administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain a filing system for records, documents, and other materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide administrative support to other departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:
- Medical Receptionist: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
- Visa to work full time (required)
