Job description
As a Reception/Administrator you will be dealing with patient queries by phone, email and face to face. You will book appointments and help patients access a range of healthcare offered by the practice. You will also take calls and emails from other healthcare providers and third parties, along with other administrative tasks related to patient care. You will need excellent customer service skills and be able to work well as part of the team and on your own. Training is provided but excellent customer service and IT skills are essential.
