Receptionist - Administrator
Our Legal Client is recruiting a Receptionist - Administrator to work in their office in Hazel Grove, Stockport.
In your role as an Receptionist - Administrator you will be greeting clients, channelling them to the appropriate person, maintenance of file records and administrative support.
Duties include:
- Operating the telephone system and manning reception
- Monitoring and operating main office emails
- Updating Manual records
- Inputting time records on the computer system
As a Receptionist - Administrator you will be expected to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5:15pm
You will need:
- A confident telephone manner
- To be personable
- Excellent communications skills
