Job description
A new opportunity has arisen for a receptionist to join a well established manufacturing business in Dungannon. This role will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service. You will handle a variety of administrative support duties including sorting and distributing mail / deliveries, filing and ordering office supplies. Other duties will include:
- Direct visitors to appropriate person or office
- Answer and forward incoming calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery
- Keep inventory of office stock and records of costs and expenses
- Update Calendars and schedule meetings
- Assist the finance team with ad hoc duties
Requirements include proven experience in an administration or customer facing role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required along with a professional attitude and the ability to be resourceful and proactive. This role is Monday - Friday.
