An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent part-time Receptionist within the Dermatology Friends' Department at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital.
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team providing admin cover for our busy department.
The post holder will need to work well within a team, have good communication skills and be able to prioritise a changing workload.
Flexible working to meet the demands of very busy department.
- To greet patients. To provide a excellent patient service.
- Applicants are required to provide an efficient and streamlined administrative service to patients of East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust.
- To maintaining a high standard of customer service skills when dealing with patients/relatives and Staff both face to face and over the telephone.
- Preparing notes for our 2ww clinics and completing outcomes
- Handling telephone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Outcome appointments
