We are looking for a part time Front Desk Receptionist to serve as our patients' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their appointment. You will be the one to make appointments, answer phones, and provide general office support. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, an ability to multitask, and be able to manage our friendly clinic! The role is part time, on a job share basis for 20 hours per week. The position is part time Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Manage patients' calendar during their appointment making sure they are ready for their appointment when they arrive.
- Making tea/coffee for customers.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner. Assist with patient's treatment as needed. Schedule follow up appointments with patients after treatments are completed. Provide general support to the office team as needed.
- Greet patients in a friendly manner upon their arrival. Assist them with basic questions about the practice and procedures. Provide information on treatments being offered as well as other services available.
- General cleaning of the entire clinic, washing up, vacuum, mopping, emptying bins, cleaning toilets etc.
- The position comes with a very good UNCAPPED commission structure. On average you can expect to make approx £250 per month in just additional commission.
- Answer general questions about the practice such as scheduling or billing for procedures or treatments; perform intake of new patients who may need to fill out an application or some other form or even call you to verify your phone number!
Qualifications Skills Experience: Professional, warm and friendly personality is vital for the role! You will need to have experience of using a PC, able to send emails, book patients onto the online diary And work well as part of a team. You will need to be comfortable to work alone, be able to use your own initiative and work well as part of a small team.
