Summary
Due to expansion an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our newly open Cardiff office.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Our receptionist is key to the smooth running of the branch and plays a pivotal role in providing our clients with first class service.
You will greet each client and offer support, guidance and expertise, managing payments and future appointments confidently.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and well organised with excellent communication skills. As well as knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Duties to include:
- Audio typing
- Photocopying
- Scanning
- Filing
- Telephone messages
- Support for our Legal Team when required
Essential requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs.
Desirable requirements
- Welsh speaker.
- Experience of working in a customer experience environment would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,965.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
