Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, day time hours

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Meeting and greeting visitors, signing them in and informing them of sites Health & Safety procedures, inc completion of Covid 19 questionnaire if applicable.
- Manage the orders, deliveries, storage and allocation of stationary items/equipment, vending supplies and any employee uniforms inc PPE.
- Management of meeting rooms & hospitality requests
- Managing both incoming and outgoing post
- Responding to adhoc requests accurately and promptly.

- Experience of working within reception & admin roles previously - highly desirable.
- Working under own initiative essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
