About you
We have an opportunity for a Receptionist/ Front of House with administrative duties to join our Business Support Team.
The role will be office based (9am – 5.30pm) and include a mix of front and back office tasks and offers the opportunity for growth as the firm modernises its operational and administration practices.
As the position will be the first point of contact for visitors, the successful candidate will have a service-orientated mindset, possess excellent people skills and be able to time manage multiple competing tasks.
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the candidate will be welcomed into a team that promotes independent thinking, problem-solving and ownership over responsibilities.
The role will include;
- Management of Keys for the Property Management teams
- Greeting external guests, setting up meeting facilities
- Completing administrative tasks - filing and delivering and accepting mail
- Phone Switchboard
- Post handling and scanning
- Scanning job files
- Arranging catering for meetings and daily office use
- Booking in of external visitors
Key skills and characteristics;
- Service-orientated mindset with excellent people skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritise competing tasks
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Attention to detail and ability to follow a routine
- Excellent communicator and email management
Qualifications and Experience;
- Completed GCSE or equivalent with pass grades
- Minimum 1-year office admin experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office 365 and Cloud-based management systems
- Qualifications in Business Administration or similar - preferred
