The role of a Dental Receptionist at our Avenue practice with Damira Dental Studios will give you all of the above and more.
This exciting job role provides individuals with the opportunity to progress within their career whilst developing and applying their customer service skills.
At Damira Dental Studios our Dental Receptionist provide the first contact with our patients providing excellent customer care and service. The Dental Receptionist role is vital to the smooth running of the practice.
Our expanding group has 28 Dental Practices and around 270 employees and 190 clinicians including dentists, specialists, hygienists, and therapists providing high quality patient care. Offering modern, well-equipped facilities, our dynamic and expanding group offers NHS, private and specialist care.

Working in a dental practice can be busy and requires excellent teamwork. The Dental Receptionist will need to provide first class customer service to our patients face to face and by telephone, to be able to follow clinical guidelines, book appointments via our in house software and take payments. The right candidate will need to have excellent verbal communication, be patient, caring and able to follow processes.

Hours:
Mondays – 9am – 7pm
Tuesdays – 7.45am – 5.15pm
Thursdays – 8.45am – 5.15pm
Fridays – 8.45am – 5.15pm
Saturdays as and when required
Total weekly hours = 32.5

Experience: Ideally dentally trained with knowledge of SOE, previous reception and customer service experience preferred
