Avaliable Job Today We are seeking a full time receptionist for our busy city centre legal office. You must have reception experience and have a good telephone manner, excellent interpersonal skills and a cheerful can do attitude. Salary will be commensurate with experience. You will be required to carry out the following duties and generally help with other administrative tasks.
· welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone in a professional and efficient manner
· answer or refer enquiries
· take and relay messages
· provide information to callers
· deal with queries from the public and clients
· ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the office
· monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
· provide general administrative and clerical support to all colleagues where requested
· receive and sort mail and deliveries
· organise conference and meeting room bookings
· coordinate meetings and organise catering if required
· control stationary inventory and coordinate ordering
· tidy and maintain the reception area
· Maintain the holiday folder and staff holiday allocations
· Coordinate sending and retrieval of files to/from external storage
· Programme door entry access fobs
· Receive and send faxes
· Liaise with external suppliers

Salary: Up to £23,000.00 per year
