Receptionist
Full Time - Permanent
Circle Integrated Care is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join their team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. Monday to Friday - 8am-4pm
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
- Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
- Basic financial awareness
- Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment.

Customer service experience essential and ability to use office system
Healthcare experience desirable
Duties of this role include:
- This role provides on site reception coverage for our clinical sites.
- The role will be responsible for providing the first face to face contact with our patients.
- The role will support the checking in and guiding of patients to their appointments.
- The role will ensure high levels of customer service and maintain their local environments accordingly.
- The role will support the local site coordinators in the escalation and management of local stock control and estates.
- The role will support in the completion and monitoring of site risk and audit compliance.
- The role will be required to support patients with face to face enquires and direct them to the relevant services if resolutions cannot be achieved.
- The post will also be required to support the onsite clinical teams as required working alongside the sites clinical support roles.
