About the Role
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly YMCA Club front of house team in Central London.
You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, early morning and late evening shifts depending on shift rota.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively developing positive relationships with customers, learners, teachers and volunteers. The key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a high profile and a positive, cheerful and efficient presence at the Club reception, meeting and greeting our customers, learners, and staff members
- Managing the reception inbox and answering queries promptly
- Signing up new members, taking payments and managing the membership paperwork
- Carry out guided tours of the facilities to prospective members and promote our memberships
- Support the Club in events when required
