We specialise in providing prestige, showroom-condition cars from all makes and models, including brands such as Audi, BMW, Range Rover, Mercedes and Jaguar. With three showrooms located in Manchester, we boast the largest 4x4 Centre in the North West, and have further expansion planned.
We have a strong approach to customer service and thanks to our recent growth, are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team in the Bury area of Manchester.
This role meets national minimum wage requirements and is negotiable depending on experience.

The Role of our Receptionist:
- To be the first point of contact for all customers and visitors on site.
- Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive on site
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the showroom is kept clean and tidy throughout the day
- Take care of customers and visitors once they have arrived, serving tea and coffee
- Take messages for Management, Sales, and the Service Team
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Carrying out general admin and other tasks as required depending on the needs of the business
What you’ll need as our Receptionist:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (Essential)
- Excellent telephone and written communications skills (essential)
- Computer literacy using Microsoft office (essential)
- Excellent organisation skills (essential)
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks (essential)
- Excellent customer service skills (essential)
- Admin/accounts experience (desirable)
- Data entry processing experience (desirable)
- Ability to work on own initiative, with minimal supervision (essential)
Working hours for the part-time post are to be confirmed but will be circa 40 hours per week and will be worked 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
There will also be the option to work additional hours at weekends to cover periods of annual leave.
