Avaliable Job Today Cardiff Treatment Rooms offer a room rental service to Healthcare and Aesthetic Practitioners who use the facilities to carry out consultations and training.
This vacancy is a receptionist role where you will be frontline reception, answering the telephone and greeting our customers.
Tasks include:
- Greeting customers in a polite and well-spoken manner.
- Informing the practitioners that their customers has arrived.
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments as needed.
- Preparing the treatment rooms for practitioners on a daily basis.
- May require other duties assigned.
Applicants should be:
- self motivated
- able to work autonomously
- willing to learn
- open minded
- Excellent use of written English
Experience:
- Customer Service 1 year (Preferred)
- Basic IT Experience essential
- Experience using Google Workspace - Google Drive, Google Docs, GMail

Salary: £10.50 per hour
