Location: Burney Street Practice & Wallace Health Centre (travel between sites will be required)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivate Receptionist/Administrator to join this established and respected medical practice.
We require full-time/part-time experienced receptionist/admin with initiative, passion for service and strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work shifts over the two sites.
Main duties of the job.
Responsibilities include:
· Meeting and greeting patients
· Call handling
· Dealing with patient queries
· Dealing with eConsult allocations
· Ensuring smooth running of operational aspects of reception
· Work in GP/Health sector experience desirable
· Emis Web clinical software an advantage, however training will be provided.
Cover for absent staff required and overtime is offered.
