This 265-bedroom hotel is adjacent to Glasgow Prestwick airport and 35 miles from Glasgow International Airport, making it an ideal stopover location for travellers, it is because of this that we operate a 24-hour reception desk to accommodate for all our customer’s requirements.
Due to expansion, we are looking for a receptionist who wants to move forward in career. As a receptionist, you will be required to:
- Check in and checkout guests and groups effectively
- Provide information to guests on all hotel products and services.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to guests and staff
The successful candidate will have a proven history of working in a customer facing role in a fast-paced environment ensuring the highest standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
