Job description

The Successful Candidate will work on the main reception desk, where patients arrive for their appointments for all departments within Widnes UTC. Duties will include arriving patients on the booking system, booking/amending appointments, booking follow up appointments. Answering Emails, dealing with daily tasks and queries, liaising with patients and clinicians both face to face and over the telephone. They will also cover the general duties of a busy reception.

This can be a challenging role at times. The Reception team is a busy department which would suit a candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
