- Must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills when performing tasks such as answering the phones, scheduling, and handling patient records.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills to connect with our team and wonderful patients in a friendly and outgoing manner.
- Be detail oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, and energetic environment.
- Knowledge of dental software is a plus but not required.
- You will be in charge of scheduling patient appointments either in person or over the telephone and checking voicemails on a daily basis.
- Ensures patients fill out all their paperwork and then enters necessary information into the practice software.
- In charge of confirming appointments in advance.
- Should the doctor or co-worker require assistance at any time, the administrative assistant does so quickly and efficiently.
- Always be exceedingly pleasant, helpful, and upbeat.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
