Job description
We are currently seeking someone to join our busy front of house team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning hotel set on the banks of Lake Windermere.
As a Hotel Receptionist you will be responsible for checking guests in and out, answering reservation enquiries made by phone, email or 3rd party booking engines efficiently and accurately. You will be working as part of our front of house team and ensure that customer service is second to none. Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role but full training will be given.

Your working pattern will be 5 days out of 7 and will consist of a combination of morning and evening shifts.
