Receptionist – Part Time
Salary: £15.00 per hour
This is an amazing opportunity for someone with hospitality or retail experience wanting to transition into an office-based role, as a Receptionist. Our client, who is a high-end luxury retailer, is looking for someone to fulfil the Receptionist role at their head office Monday – Thursday, 10am – 4pm. If you are confident, friendly and hold your work to high standards, this could be the job for you!
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact including providing a friendly, helpful and welcoming service to internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipating client needs including following- up with clients and ensuring client expectations are met and where possible exceeded
- Managing all incoming telephone calls and enquiries
- Receiving deliveries
- Managing the general reception inbox
- Booking taxis and executive cars for all staff as and when requested
- Setting up meeting rooms including IT facilities
- Managing all incoming post
- Maintaining stationary supplies
- Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are adhered to
- Assisting the office Personal Assistant’s on an ad-hoc basis
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Professional manner and mature approach
- A proven track record of customer service essential
- High attention to detail
