Hotel Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized receptionist to join our team at Argyll Hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, the receptionist plays a critical role in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay at our hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and providing a warm and welcoming first impression
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel, and processing payments
- Handling reservations, both over the phone and in person
- Answering guest questions and providing information about the hotel's amenities and services
- Handling guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, and working to resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of guest information, reservations, and payments
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with hotel management software

Salary: £6.00-£10.42 per hour( National Minimum Wage)
