- Answering phones and assisting customers by answering questions or directing them to the appropriate department
- Calling and collecting on past due payments, maintenance renewals, completed installs, etc.
- Filing in ABC order
- Keeping up with the filing system that is in place
- Sending out invoices, postcards, agreements, etc.
- Helping in other departments when needed
- Being first point of contact when people walk in
- Updating spreadsheets accurately
- Making files / labels
- Keeping up with office inventory
- Keeping the office organized
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
