Receptionist (Part Time 1pm -6pm Mon – Fri Office Based GHO)
Role details:
A new opportunity has just become available, and we are looking for a receptionist to join our team. The role will be based at the Allianz Insurance Head Office in Guildford, Surrey.
Key responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors and contractors
- Issuing door passes and keys
- Arranging security passes
- Booking and recording taxis
- Monitoring and answering queries from the reception inbox
- Issue and make parking permits
- Dealing with admin for all leavers including removing from security system
- Keeping reception stats up to date
- Issue Wifi code for visitors
- Issue permits for Computer Room
- Keep reception area tidy
- Ordering office supplies as required
- Ad hoc administration duties as required
- Part of the role will involve cover of the switchboard and helpdesk as required
Skills and experience:
- Previous Reception experience is preferred
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
- A can do, adaptable working style
- The ability to learn new processes quickly
