Dynamic role of a Dental Receptionist/Treatment-Coordinator, managing patients for an established dental practice, help patients sign up on Denplan.
Good customer service & communication skills essential to manage patients, co-ordinate appointments & manage treatment plans.
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic candidate to join our growing Professional Team and Mixed Practice with the following requirements:
Previous experience of Dental Nursing preferred or someone keen on training as a Dental Nurse.
Ideally someone who is familiar with using dental software. We are happy to train you if needed.
Candidate is required to be comfortable using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
A well presented, keen, friendly individual, with excellent telephone manners, excited to be working alongside a great team.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Demonstrates flexibility
Willing to learn & progress further in the team.
