We are looking for a confident Receptionist to join our client's team in London. If you have previous reception experience, have excellent communication skills, and are a team player - Please apply today!

Job title: Receptionist
Start/End: ASAP
Location: Mayfair
Hourly rate: £13
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Duties include the following:

• Answering all incoming calls, transferring to relevant teams, taking and passing on messages
• Setting up meeting rooms, ensuring supplied with water and ensuring they are fully cleared down afterward
• Booking in meeting rooms
• Meeting and greeting all visitors to the office
• Offering refreshments to all visitors
• Managing office stock levels, including tea, coffee, stationary etc
• Completing administrative tasks for the Office Manager
• Complete ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office

Candidate specifications/requirements

• Experience in a reception position required
• Strong MS Office skills, including Outlook and Teams
• Must be confident to manage a reception desk independently
• Adaptable and handles change well
• Strong organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbally
• Must have a positive and team player mindset
