A day in the life of…
As Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check in/out process for all. Ensure the Front Office Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments. Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
Based in the AC Hotel, Belfast you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. Our City Centre location appeals to a diverse range of guests from Corporate to Leisure. We offer 188 guest bedrooms, conference facilitaties, a fitness suite and a full service Restaurant- Novellis at City Quays. We have exciting plans in 2023 to refurbish our Terrace area, opening us up to a new guest experience.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You will be organised, work well within a team and be confident to handle pressure. This can be a fast paced role and so team work is a must. You will have excellent Customer Service Skills and understand the Guest Journey does not begin at Check in.
