We are looking for an experienced Receptionist Administrator to join our clients bustling and friendly office, on the outskirts of Bedford.
The successful candidate will effectively be operating as 'the face' and 'the glue' of their office, welcoming visitors, and ensuring the business operates smoothly, by supporting across various business functions.

Role and Responsibilities
Their duties will include:
Front of house - Welcoming guests to the office
Answering calls
Booking hotel accommodation
Administration -
Supporting the head of facilities
Supporting the Health and Safety department
Ad hoc admin duties
This is a busy role, and we need someone who is highly effective at managing their time, juggling tasks, and who has the confidence to problem solve of their own accord.
